In the manufacturing plant at Gaydon, Warwickshire, our engineers bring new products into production through the development of parts, vehicle and supplier base. Supplier Development Engineer

Job Summary

To work with suppliers to continuously improve suppliers’ performance (PPM), implement process controls & develop suppliers’ Quality Management Systems.


Body Engineer

Job Summary

Responsible for all Body Panels & Mechanisms on all current vehicle lines, not just individual components, but also investigating fitment conditions. Engineer is also responsible for both the engineering elements of the current car as well as Quality and Suppliers. To support other departments Engineers need to a hands-on go-look-see approach reviewing, questioning, improving part and process at supplier, incoming parts, BIW, assembly, Road test or Field quality.


Senior Engineer - New Model Operations - Exterior

Job Summary

Responsible for developing and delivering quality disciplines relating to vehicle and component design, development and launch for all future vehicles within Aston Martin and the supply base. This will also involve taking leadership of module areas and suppliers to achieve program targets.

Job Summary

Interior/Exterior Engineer

Job Summary

Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Summary

To provide Business Intelligence support for Quality, creating new systems for evaluating and reporting data metrics. Maintenance of existing database, Visual Basic scripts, Excel Spreadsheets and related Macros. This role requires a high level of IT skill with previous development experience essential.


Group Leader

Job Summary

Purpose: To lead a team within the Audit operations department.


Quality Inspector

Job Summary

The Quality Inspector will conduct 100% final quality inspection and associated activities on Aston Martin vehicles upon completion of all manufacturing processes to ensure Cars sold meet or exceed Aston Martin Quality Standards. Inspection will include all vehicle attributes, fit, finish, function and paint, including repair confirmation.
