Multi-View Front and Rear Cameras

SVO (Special Vehicle Operations) have engineered a system that displays video images on your V8 Vantage, DB9, DBS and 06 Vanquish navigation screen. Video is streamed via the composite video network, whilst audio is fed through the vehicle's fibre-optic MOST (Media Orientated Systems Transport) network.

Our Multi-View camera upgrade can be discreetly fitted to the front and rear bumpers, with the video images displayed on the navigation screen using this technology. The rear camera is operated automatically when reverse is selected, while the front camera is manually switched on. Both cameras can be switched through three settings: panoramic, top view or corner view, offering a superb degree of visibility when manoeuvring through concealed spaces/entrances.

Several alternative AV sources can be integrated with this system on post 2009 model year cars. One of the most popular is digital TV system (signal permitting) which is remotely operated with audio streamed through the vehicle's infotainment system. Other AV options include video iPod®, DVD & CD players, games consoles.
