These Terms and Conditions:

1. These Terms and Conditions set out the terms upon which Aston Martin Lagonda Limited of Banbury Road, Gaydon, Warwick, CV35 0DB, England (“AML”,“we”,“us”, “our”) shall operate the Aston Martin Track Day Experience Competition 2025 ("Competition").
2. Participants in the Competition (“participant”, “you”, “your”) are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions upon entering the Competition.
3. AML reserves the right to refuse entry to the Competition or refuse to award the Prize (as detailed below) to anyone in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
4. AML reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Competition where it becomes necessary to do so.
5. You should save and/or print out a copy of these Terms and Conditions for your future reference.

Eligibility:

1. The Competition is open to:
   1. UK residents only;
   2. aged 25 years of age or over; and
   3. who hold a full and valid UK driving licence.
2. The Competition is NOT open to:
   1. employees of AML, or any member of the Aston Martin group of companies, or to their immediate families or agents; or
   2. anyone directly associated with this Competition or its administration.
3. The Competition is free to enter.
4. In entering the Competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim and participate in the Prize. AML may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the Competition and to claim and participate in the Prize.

Entry Period:

1. The opening time and date for entries into the Competition is 08:00am on 16^th June 2025. The closing time and date is 11:59pm on 8^th August 2025 (“Closing Date”). Entries received after this time will not be valid.

How to Enter:

1. To enter the Competition, participants must scan the QR provided to them on the Aston Martin Mailer they received in the post which will take them to the official Competition website page https://www.astonmartin.com/en-gb/campaigns/track-day where they must complete the online competition entry form, providing accurate and complete information, which must be submitted by clicking the submit button on the website page.
2. Only one entry per individual is allowed.
3. AML will not accept competition entries that are:
   1. automatically generated by computer or created by artificial intelligence (including but not limited to chatbots such as ChatGPT or similar software applications);
   2. completed by third parties or in bulk;
   3. illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with; or
   4. incomplete.
4. AML does not accept responsibility for any Competition entries that are corrupted or not successfully made or completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network, or server failure, of any kind.
5. You may not enter the Competition on behalf of anyone else: you must provide your own personal details to be eligible for the Competition otherwise your entry will not be valid. Should you use a false name or e-mail your entry will be disqualified from the Competition.

Prize:

1. The prize for the Competition is two (2) tickets to an Aston Martin Track Day in 2025 at a track and on a date to be determined by AML, including a selection of Aston Martin models to drive (as determined by AML at its sole discretion), professional instruction, and track driving (“Prize”).
2. The Prize is non exchangeable and non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash or an alternative prize.
3. The Prize is only redeemable by the named winner. It must not be sold on.
4. Travel to and from the Prize and any accommodation required in respect of use of the Prize, are not included and will be at your own arrangement and cost. All other incidental costs not expressly stated to constitute a part of the Prize are also expressly excluded from the Prize.

Winner Selection:

1. The winner of the competition will be picked at random by an independent adjudicator from all valid entries received by the Closing Date.
2. The winner will be notified via email or telephone (using the details provided by you at entry) within five (5) days of the Closing Date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the Prize within seven (7) days of attempted notification, then the winner's Prize will be forfeited, and we will select an alternative winner in accordance with the process described above.
3. AML must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation AML will send the surname and county of the Prize winner and, if applicable copies of their winning entry, to anyone who emails AML or writes to AML within one (1) month after the Closing Date. IF YOU OBJECT TO YOUR SURNAME, COUNTY AND/OR WINNING ENTRY BEING PUBLISHED OR MADE AVAILABLE, PLEASE CONTACT US AT HANNAH.WRIGHT@ASTONMARTIN.COM. In such circumstances, AML must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
4. The winning participant agrees to comply with the terms and conditions as are applicable to their use of the Prize including all applicable regulations, rules and requirements relating to access to and the use of the applicable track facility and the participation in the Aston Martin Track Day Experience.
5. In order to participate in the Aston Martin Track Day Experience, the winner and the person accompanying them if they are driving any vehicles, must:

1. be 25 years or older;
2. hold a valid UK driving licence or, if the person accompanying the winner is a non-UK resident, a valid driving licence for their place of residence;
3. not be suffering from any medical condition or disability which could adversely affect or limit their ability to control a vehicle during experience including but not limited to epilepsy, heart conditions, uncorrected hearing, or vision impairment; and
4. sign an Aston Martin driver and passenger declaration and waiver before driving and/or being a passenger in any vehicles at the Aston Martin Track Day Experience.

 Data Protection:

1. AML will only process your personal information in relation to your entry into the Competition and in doing so will comply with current UK data protection legislation and AML’s privacy policy at https://www.astonmartin.com/en/legal/privacy 
2. AML will not disclose your personal information to any third party withoutyour express prior consent other than as indicated by these Terms and Conditions including as described above in relation to the announcement of the winner and as described below.
3. AML may pass on the personal information of the winner of the Competition and the person accompanying the winner, to the applicable track operator in order for it to facilitate the provision of the Prize to the winner.

Liability:

1. Insofar as is permitted by law, AML, our agents and distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or the person accompanying them, or to accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of the winner taking up and using the Prize (including in respect of the person accompanying the winner) except where it is caused by the negligence of AML, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Governing Law:

1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If any participant in this Competition wishes to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts of England and Wales.
