Terms and Conditions - Aston Martin Experience Day Competition 2025
These Terms and Conditions:
- These Terms and Conditions set out the terms upon which Aston Martin Lagonda Limited of Banbury Road, Gaydon, Warwick, CV35 0DB, England (“AML”, “we”, “us”, “our”) shall operate the Aston Martin Track Day Competition 2025 ("Competition").
- Participants in the Competition (“participant”, “you”, “your”) are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions upon entering the Competition. AML reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the Prize to anyone in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
- You should save and/or print out a copy of these Terms and Conditions for your future reference.
Eligibility:
- The Competition is open to UK residents only, aged 25 years of age or over, and who hold a full and valid UK driving licence.
- The Competition is NOT open to employees of AML, or any member of the Aston Martin group of companies, or to their immediate families or agents, or to anyone directly associated with this Competition.
- The Competition is free to enter.
- AML does not accept responsibility for any entries not successfully made or completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network, or server failure, of any kind.
- The opening date for entries into the Competition is 08:00am on 18th February 2025. The closing date is 11:59pm on 31st March 2025 (“Closing Date”). Entries received after this time will not be valid.
- To enter the Competition, participants must scan the QR provided to them which will take them to the official Competition website page where they must complete the entry form, providing accurate and complete information.
- Only one entry per individual is allowed.
- No bulk or third-party entries will be accepted.
- Entries made online using methods generated by script, macro or the use of automated devices will be void.
- You may not enter the Competition on behalf of anyone else: you must provide your own personal details to be eligible for the Competition otherwise your entry will not be valid. Should you use a false name or e-mail your entry will be disqualified.
- The prize for the Competition is two tickets to an Aston Martin Track Day in 2025 at a track and on a date to be determined by AML, including a selection of Aston Martin models to drive (as determined by AML at its sole discretion), professional instruction, and track driving (“Prize”).
- The Prize is non exchangeable and non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash or an alternative prize.
- The Prize is only redeemable by the named winner. It must not be sold on.
- Travel to and from the Prize and any accommodation required in respect of use of the Prize, are not included. All other incidental costs not expressly stated to constitute a part of the Prize are also not included.
- The winner will be picked at random by an independent adjudicator from all valid entries received by the Closing Date.
- The winner will be notified via email or telephone (using the details provided at entry) within 5 days of the Closing Date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the Prize within 7 days of attempted notification, then the winner's Prize will be forfeited, and we will select an alternative winner in accordance with the process described above.
- The winning participant agrees to comply with the terms and conditions as are applicable to their use of the Prize including all applicable regulations, rules and requirements relating to access to the applicable track facility and the participation in the Aston Martin Experience Day. In order to participate in the Aston Martin Experience Day, the winner and the person accompanying them if they are driving any vehicles, must:
(a) be 25 years or older;
(b) hold a valid UK driving licence or, if the person accompanying the winner is a non-UK resident a valid driving licence for their place of residence; and
(c) and not suffering from any medical condition or disability which could adversely affect or limit their ability to control a vehicle during experience including but not limited to epilepsy, heart conditions, uncorrected hearing, or vision impairment.
The winner and the person accompanying them will also be required to sign a driver and passenger declaration and waiver before driving and/or being a passenger in any vehicles at the Aston Martin Experience day. - AML’s decision regarding any aspect of the Competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
- We reserve the right to hold void, modify, suspend, or terminate the Competition where it becomes necessary to do so.
- All personal information provided by participants will be used by AML in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and AML’s privacy policy https://www.astonmartin.com/en/legal/privacy and will not be disclosed to any third party without the participant’s prior consent other than as indicated by these Terms and Conditions.
- 24. AML may pass on the personal information of the winner of the Competition and the person accompanying the winner, to the applicable track operator in order for it to facilitate the provision of the Prize to the winner.
- 25. AML must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation AML will send the surname and county of the Prize winner and, if applicable copies of their winning entry, to anyone who emails AML or writes to AML within one month after the Closing Date. If you object to your surname, county and/or winning entry being published or made available, please contact us at hannah.wright@astonmartin.com. In such circumstances, AML must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
- 26. Insofar as is permitted by law, AML, our agents and distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or the person accompanying them, or to accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of the winner taking up and using the Prize (including in respect of the person accompanying the winner) except where it is caused by the negligence of AML, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Governing Law:
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If any participant in this Competition wishes to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts of England and Wales.
