Code of Conduct and supporting policies
Our Code of Conduct reflects our values in action. The Code sets the tone and standards for Aston Martin in all aspects of business conduct. We expect the same level of ethical business conduct within our own operations and among the companies we do business with, including suppliers. This is why the Code of Conduct is supported by a framework of policies that establish a set of rules and standards in key areas ranging from procurement to human rights and ensures robust compliance.
Our Racing. Green. sustainability strategy is reflected throughout the Code of Conduct, ensuring that environmental responsibility, ethical integrity, and respect for people are at the heart of every decision. The launch of the Code in 2023 has been supported by specific Code of Conduct training for employees.

Anti-bribery and corruption
We take a zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption and are committed to acting lawfully, professionally and fairly in all our business dealings and relationships wherever we operate and implementing and enforcing effective systems to counter bribery and corruption.
Our Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy sets out the Company’s responsibilities, and the responsibilities of those working for the Company, in observing and upholding our position on bribery and corruption and provides information and guidance to those working for the Company on how to recognise and deal with bribery and corruption issues. We train our staff on bribery prevention.
