STIFFNESS AND STABILITY
Vantage S introduces a solid-mounted rear subframe to increase structural torsional stiffness. In addition to the targeted bracing, undertrays, and thicker anti-roll bars already in place, this helps to further enhance body control.
PERFORMANCE ARCHITECTURE
The solid-mounted rear subframe, using aluminum mounts in place of the usual rubber bushes, provides Vantage S with a 5% increase in torsional body stiffness and improved stability for a more direct connection with the car. Improvements to the core structural architecture are balanced with more flex in the transmission mount and rear spring aid. The result is increased ride refinement with no sacrifice in dynamic precision.

LAUNCH CONTROL
Harnessing the integrated Launch Control system, Vantage S delivers an optimal blend of power and traction. Less wheel spin. More adrenaline. Sprinting from standstill to 60 mph in 3.3 seconds. Achieved through recalibration of the Launch Control system and improvements in powertrain performance. In combination with modified cam profiles, optimized compression ratio, increased efficiency of combustion, and large twin turbos from the previous generation Vantage help maximize torque output in each gear. Delivering scintillating performance throughout the entire rev range up to a top speed of 202 mph.
UNDERPINNED. UNDER CONTROL
Improved calibration of the Bilstein DTX adaptive damper software enhances control of roll and pitch to maintain strong front-end confidence and low-speed agility. The wide bandwidth offers an immense range of control and sharpness of response. Reduced stiffness in the rear suspension aids rebalance compression and rebound for improved further low-speed refinement. Developed with bespoke damper software to enhance comfort without sacrificing agility or driver feedback. Adaptive damping dials in sharper body control and dynamic performance feel across all drive modes.
BRIMMING WITH BALANCE
Classically configured. Meticulously poised. With a front mid-engine layout and rear-wheel drive, Vantage S delivers an ideal 50:50 weight distribution. Unique in its class. More than three-quarters of the vehicle’s mass is balanced between the axles. Sharpening Vantage S performance with a lower center of gravity, just 19 in. off the ground. Further improving aerodynamics, cornering ability and stability at high speeds.
