Prioritising safety

We want everyone who works at Aston Martin to have a safe working environment and to get home safely every day. Anyone with safety concerns can raise them with colleagues, senior managers, or through our confidential reporting system, Speak Out.

Health and wellbeing

Fundamental to our culture is taking care of ourselves and each other, providing a working environment that values health and wellbeing.We deliver mental health training, including stress management, and provide access to tools such as cognitive behavioural therapy, proven mindfulness exercises, and relaxation techniques through an employee app.

 

Our wellbeing hub provides a one-stop location for employees to access wellbeing and health information, while our e-learning platform offers a suite of wellbeing modules ranging from relaxation techniques to tips for working from home.
