DB12 has five easily accessed drive modes: GT, Sport, Sport+, Wet and Individual. DB12 is equipped with 10.25-inch Pure Black, 1970x720 high-resolution screens with ultra-responsive (30 nano second reaction time) capacitive touch control. DB12 creates a pleasing balance between touchscreen commands and the positive tactility of physical switches for secure eyes-off mechanical operations such as gear selection, drive selection, heating and ventilation. An all-new, updated front-end design features S curves modelled on the classic 50s look but made bolder, wider, fiercer and more assertive to announce the presence of the world’s first super tourer.

Progressive styling is further finessed with a wider more muscular stance, broader haunches pumped with purpose and positivity. Track widths increased by 6mm at the front end, and 22mm at the rear. Clad in composite panels. Giving the DB12 increased stability and even greater road presence.

Mounted on new, 21-inch forged lightweight alloy wheels, trimmed to maximise harmony between tyre and tarmac. DB12 debuts the new Michelin Pilot Sport S 5 tyre. Developed alongside Michelin, they ensure the highest levels of reactivity for precision steering. A hand-spun compound maximises lateral grip in both wet and dry conditions to dampen the effects of rain and cushion comfort into every roll of tread. The tyres also feature noise-cancelling inserts to reduce tyre noise by 20%. Further elevating refinement and driver comfort.

A cabin caressed in sunlight. DB12’s panoramic roof is laminated, strengthened and finished with tinting; letting only 6% of sunlight through the glass to brush the interiors in brightness while stifling any additional heat. Automotive jewellery with a flourish – an inscription of the new ‘Aston Martin’ wordmark, leading the eye along the subtle and sculpted waistline.
