Aston Martin Extended

Available in 12 or 24 months durations (for vehicles up to 20 years old)

Aston Martin Extended Warranty provides comprehensive cover for the majority of road going Aston Martin cars. Designed for those customers who want to continue to protect their car beyond Aston Martin factory warranty, it is only available through your official Aston Martin dealer. Aston Martin Extended Warranty helps to protect your car and ensures all repairs are carried out to Aston Martin standards using the latest techniques and equipment.

Designed for cars over 20 years of age, it is only available through your official Aston Martin dealer. Aston Martin Extended - Classic helps to protect your car and ensures all repairs are carried out to Aston Martin standards using the latest techniques and equipment.

  • Gearbox/Transmission
  • Clutch

  • Paint Work
  • Bodywork, Glass and Soft Trim
  • Routine Service items like Tyres, Brake Pads, and Brake Rotors

Maximum claim is limited to £10,000 (or equivalent in local currency) towards parts and labour including VAT for each claim up to an overall aggregate limit of £250,000.

Available in 12 months duration

Aston Martin Extended - Specials cover is specifically designed for Aston Martin One-77 and other limited models. Available to purchase for 12-month duration only, for cars aged up to 10 years with less than 50,000 kilometres (31,250 miles). Aston Martin One-77 and other limited models Extended Warranty helps to protect your car and ensures all repairs are carried out to Aston Martin standards using the latest techniques and equipment.

 

Aston Martin Extended Warranty - One-77 and other limited models covers the following main components within your car:

 

  • Engine Cooling System, including Radiator Core
  • Intercooler
  • Air Conditioning
  • Gearbox/Transmission
  • Clutch

  • Suspension

Maximum claim liability is unlimited in respect of each and every claim up to an overall aggregate limit of £50,000.

 

This Warranty can be extended subject to approval and to the vehicle being less than 10 years old or 50,000 kms (31,250 miles) at the time of the expiry of the current period of Warranty.

Renewal

When it comes to renewing an Aston Martin Extended Warranty or Extended Service Contract, we will contact you in advance of your renewal date with details of what to do. If you've not heard from us when you were expecting to, you can of course contact your official Aston Martin Dealer who will arrange for Tailored Underwriting to contact you to renew cover.

What is the difference between an Extended Warranty and Extended Service Contract?

Extended Warranty is applied to a vehicle at the point of sale. Extended Service Contract is for current vehicle owners and available to purchase from Tailored Underwriting when your existing warranty is about to expire or has expired.

What is an Extended Service Contract?

If your existing warranty is about to expire you can choose to purchase an Extended Service Contract on your vehicle. With an Extended Service Contract, you’ll get 12 months cover against the costs of repairing or replacing failed components on your vehicle. If you don’t currently have an Extended Warranty or Extended Service Contract you can still choose to purchase an Extended Service Contract, you will need to contact your local Official Aston Martin dealership to arrange for a pre-coverage vehicle inspection to be carried out by our technicians. They will then request Tailored Underwriting to contact you to arrange cover. How can I buy Extended Service Contract?

You can purchase Extended Service Contract by contacting your official Aston Martin Dealer. If you do not have existing Factory or Extended Warranty, then the dealer will need to carry out a vehicle inspection and rectify any faults founds before Tailored Underwriting can complete the sale.

When can I renew my Extended Warranty or Extended Service Contract cover?

You can renew your Extended Warranty with Extended Service Contract cover at any point during your vehicle ownership by contacting your official Aston Martin Dealer. If you renew your Extended Warranty or Extended Service Contract, during the time your product is still valid you will not be required to pay for a vehicle inspection. If you renew your Extended Warranty after expiry of your current product, then you will be required to pay for a vehicle inspection before the Extended Service Contract can be applied to your vehicle.

How long is an Aston Martin Extended Warranty and Extended Service Contract?

Aston Martin Extended Warranty is available in 12 or 24 month durations for vehicles up to 20 years old.

Aston Martin Extended Warranty – Classic is available in 12 month durations for vehicles over 20 years old.

Aston Martin Extended Warranty – Special is available in 12 month durations for qualifying vehicles up to 10 years old.

Aston Martin Extended Service Contract is available in 12 month durations for qualifying vehicles up to 20 years old.

How do I make a claim?

Claiming is simple; just contact your chosen official Aston Martin dealer who will be able to handle the claim on your behalf.

How do I change any of my details?

To make changes to your Aston Martin Extended Warranty or Extended Service Contract cover, please contact your official Aston Martin Dealer.

How do I cancel my Extended Warranty cover?

If Aston Martin Extended Warranty does not meet your requirements or should you decide to cancel it for any reason, you have the right to cancel cover within 14 days of purchase. For Dealer arranged sale, please return the warranty to the Aston Martin dealer from whom the warranty was purchased, and they will arrange cancellation and refund. For Extended Service Contract, please contact Tailored Underwriting who will arrange cancellation and refund for any unused portion. In no circumstances will a refund be provided if a claim has been made under the Contract or if the Contract was supplied with the Vehicle by the Dealer free of charge. How do I request a copy of my confirmation of cover?

To request a copy of your confirmation of cover, please contact your official Aston Martin Dealer or in the case of an Extended Service contract you can contact Tailored Underwriting directly.

How do I find out when my warranty expires?

Manufacturer warranties end on the anniversary of the third year from the date of original registration. If you've bought a new Aston Martin, we will write to you before your warranty expires and invite you to buy an Extended Service Contract.

Can I transfer ownership of the Extended Warranty and Extended Service Contract Cover?

Yes*, should you sell your car to a new owner you are able to transfer your Aston Martin Extended Warranty or Extended Service Contract by completing the “Request for Transfer” form in your Document.
