Shaped by Air
Sculpted to move through air with purpose. Every vent, surface and silhouette played its part. DB11s aerodynamic intelligence was seamless, elegant, and deeply embedded in the car’s DNA.
From the gill-like Curlicue vents that reduced front-end lift to the pioneering AeroBlade™; a virtual spoiler that channelled air through the body and out from the rear deck lid, the DB11 turned airflow into an ally. The result: enhanced high-speed stability without the need for obtrusive rear wings.
Beneath its flowing form, a flat underbody and integrated diffuser worked in unison with a subtle active spoiler - extending automatically at speed to further manage downforce. DB11 balanced power with poise. It didn’t fight the air. It mastered it.
DB11 Volante: Grand Touring, Open to the Elements
DB11 Volante combined timeless Aston Martin design with open-air exhilaration.
The fabric roof retracted in 14 seconds and could be operated at speeds of up to 31mph, preserving the car’s elegant silhouette.
DB11 Volante balanced dynamic capability with luxury. A convertible GT built for unforgettable drives.
DB11 AMR: The Final Evolution
DB11 AMR elevated Aston Martin’s then-flagship GT with increased power, sharpened dynamics, and more aggression.
Its 5.2-litre twin-turbocharged V12 produced 630bhp, achieving 0–62mph in 3.7 seconds and a top speed of 208mph.
Composed and commanding, the DB11 AMR marked the final evolution of a modern icon.
